I just saw something which said some words that resonated with me:
"If you hang around with 4 idiots, you're going to be the 5th one.
If you hang around with 4 millionaires, you're going to be the 5th one."
This is EXACTLY why I started this forum.
It became clear to me that one of the things that helps me improve as a music producer, is surrounding myself with other music producers who also want to improve.
So my recommendation to you is this - if you want to surround yourself with other music producers who want to improve, consider joining this forum.
